Chili has one more attribute that sets her apart from other German Shepherds. That is her ability to overcome obstacles. She was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia. What this basically means is that the part of the brain that controls coordination failed to fully develop and while this condition effects each dog differently, for Chili it only means she walks with a flare that stands out from the rest! She is fully capable of walking on a leash, running, and learning commands.
