We have a 3 step adoption process at E.A.R.S. Please be mindful that all visits to E.A.R.S. are by appointment only, and to schedule an appointment you must fill out the Adoption Application first. Our Director needs the application information to know who is coming-and-going from the property!

Our application process is:

1) Fill out the Adoption Application listed below.

2) Come to E.A.R.S. for a Meet-and-Greet with the dog you applied for. We ask that you bring any humans (to include all children) and dogs that the E.A.R.S. dog will interact with.

3) Our Director will come to your home for a Home Visit. If the home visit goes well, the E.A.R.S. dog will stay home with you! The adoption fee will be due at this time.
